A Noble Heart

In pursuit of reaching the top, they however tend to compromise with human values and principles. But as they say exceptions are always there. Vishnu Goyal’s lifeis reflective of the above statement. Vishnu has not only maintained the emotive element, but has also proved to be a gentle human being, a philanthropist and a friend in need, along with keeping pace with the expanding business. A true ambassador of humanity, Vishnu never treated his staff as his employees, but as a family and always acted as a mentor, standing by them in their difficult times. To him, earning money is ‘karma’ but keeping the benevolence in a person alive for the service of the mankind and especially, the needy ones, is your ‘dharma’. Vishnu was born in November, 1963
in Jodhpur. Despite having born in a well off family of Pali, his father had passed through a tough time. Dependent on the meagre income from a petrol pump, Vishnu pursued his studies but was able to continue up to the IXth standard only. In the year 1989, he was offered a business opportunity by Thakur Jagat Singh, a good friend of his father who gave him one oil tanker without charging a single penny. But taking this opportunity as a challenge and not agreeing to put his self-esteem at stake, he managed to pay the cost of the tanker back to Singh in just eight months. Sensing an entrepreneurial zeal in him, Singh gave a
second tanker to him and since then, Vishnu never looked back. Today, he has a fleet of about 300 tankers.
Sacrificing his studies, he entirely dedicated himself towards his business in order to strengthen the financial position of his family andfacilitate theeducation of his younger brothers. Today, his younger brother, Naresh Goyal has completed his MBBS and youngest brother, Hitendra Goyal is an engineer. They also assist him in the business. Following a set routine, Vishnu makes sure that the entire family is together at the dinner table which is one of the key factors of his family’s unity. Religious by nature, he runs a cow shelter which houses 600 cows. He supports his friends whenever they need him. A true philanthropist, Vishnu has a big heart for the destitute and has been helping many, arranging for their education as well as providing them with medical aid. Away from all sorts of materialistic addictions, he is leading a life dedicated towards mankind
